The space In this apartment, you will find: a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils; bed linens and towels; fast Wi-Fi, ideal for working from home; smart TV; air conditioning in the bedroom and living room; a comfortable double bed; a wardrobe; and a bathroom with a shower. Welcome! Guest access Check-in is simple: after booking, you will need to send the requested information via message on the Airbnb app. This prior submission is mandatory for your access to the building and to receive the property and apartment access information. We will provide your information to the reception, and upon arrival, you will need to provide the apartment number and your details. We recognize that your pet is part of the family! We accept 1 small pet per rental, provided it relieves itself in an appropriate place. There is an additional fee for the pet, so please include it in the number of guests. When bringing your pet, the guest is responsible for any damage, especially the cleaning of upholstery and carpets, at a cost of R$300.00.
