An intimate community with 20 units ideally located 3 miles from the laid-back beach life of Anna Maria Island or 4 miles from the energy of downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk. Walk to Palma Sola Causeway Park and boat ramp where you rent paddle boards, jet skis, kayaks, plus horseback riding in the water. Relax at home, fish off the dock or watch for visiting manatees and stingrays. The space The canal at your front doorstep allows you to explore the beautiful local waterways. We are centrally located between Tampa and Sarasota Bay and minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boat or rent from the many local companies (boat slips are complementary and available upon request). Another option is to leave the driving to someone else and charter a boat to pick you up at your door. A welcoming living room offers views of the fenced courtyard, a 70" Roku smart TV and plenty of seating. Open to the dining area with a large table featuring seating for six, where there's plenty of room for family meals and game time. Walk out to the patio with new comfortable seating and Weber grill. The laundry room is off the kitchen with a new full-size washer and dryer. A conveniently located half bath rounds out the first floor. A cook's delight! The fully equipped kitchen has service for eight with pots, pans, bakeware, crockpot, and much more. Included is an oven with convection and air fryer mode. Enjoy a lazy morning at home with the Keurig and waffle maker or have a festive evening with the margarita maker and steaks on the grill. On your way up to the second floor can you spot the jellyfish? Upstairs is where you will find the two inviting bedrooms. Both have nice views of the courtyard, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and large dressers. the primary bedroom has a king size bed and a 40" Roku smart TV. Beach chairs, ironing board and iron can be found in the walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed and usb ports. Check out the the remote controlled multicolored lights in the nightstands! The Juliet balcony has a lovely view if the canal and often offers a nice breeze. The full bath has access from the primary bedroom and hallway. Luxury bath toiletries are available. Hall linen closet has extra linens, blankets, and beach towels. This is your vacation heaven! Loads of restaurants, entertainment, and bars to choose from. Wonderful sandy beaches, dolphin tours, fishing charters, parasailing, and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Explore the local nature trails at Neal, Robinson, and Perico Preserves plus Desoto National Park. Come for spring training, the Pittsburgh Pirates are in Bradenton, and the Baltimore Orioles are in nearby Sarasota. The opportunities are endless, and the fun is only beginning. All aboard! Please note: The maximum length boat this dock will accommodate is 25' from bow to stern, including the motor. Guests bringing boat must provide proof of insurance. Trailer parking is not allowed on site. There are places where you can keep your trailer during your stay.
