Airy Midcentury Loft in SoMa Downtown

Welcome to your upscale, airy retreat! This midcentury one-bedroom apartment is meticulously curated to provide a stylish and inviting experience. Located in the lively SoMa district including many restaurants, live music and boutique shops nearby with the occasional late evening music and street noise especially on weekends. We have added noise dampening window inserts to minimize sound, but you may still hear nearby music. Other things to note Early Check-in may be arranged if available for a fee of $20/hour. Check In Window is 3pm-10pm - outside of these times assistance with checkin will be limited and may not be available. Access to the building is 24/7 but we will only be able to help with check-in until 10pm. Smoking is NEVER allowed inside or outside of the property and will incur a $500 fee per incident. Any guests on the property must be listed on the reservation or have pre-approval from the host.
