Located just a 3–5 minute drive (or short walk) from local shops — including a grocery store, café, fish and chip shop, and chemist — and only 5.3 km (around a 10-minute drive) from Rosebud Beach, cafés, and restaurants, you’ll have easy access to all the best the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Whether it’s a morning coffee, a beach day, or exploring nearby wineries and attractions, everything is within reach. ⸻ The space The open-plan design offers the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space. Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Master bedroom: King bed, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite with shower, bathtub, and toilet. • Bedrooms 2–5: Each features a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) with built-in wardrobes or hanging racks. • Main bathroom: Includes shower, bathtub, and separate toilet. • Portable cot & high chair: Available on request (cot linen not provided). ⸻ Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces — the games/theatre room, spa, BBQ area, and private yard.
