The space This Villa has a spacious bedroom with Queen size bed, spacious bathroom with hot shower and bath tub (no hot water available for bath tub as of yet). Functional kitchen where you can cook, heat and refrigerate food. Cozy living area with a 40-inch TV and a smoking area just outside the front door. The Villa is gated. Designated parking is available for one car. Towel and toiletries are provided. Other things to note CHECK IN - 3PM CHECK OUT - 1PM BOOKING REQUIREMENT FOR ALL GUESTS: Copy of one Government ID - must be submitted ASAP after booking. Only Registered Guest with submitted ID are allowed to enter the premises. PARKING: There is a common parking in front of the building. 1. Strictly NO smoking inside the Villa. There is a smoking area outside. 2. No unregistered guests allowed. 3. Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed. 4. Please turn off the AC and lights, unplug appliances when leaving the premises for an extended period. 5. Please keep your keys with you. Lost key has a replacement fee. 6. Please lock the door and gate each time you leave the Villa. 7. Please take care of the Villa, any damages will be charge accordingly. 8. Please do your dishes and dispose all the garbage in the bin. In the event of an unscheduled power interruption we can offer late check out only if we don't have incoming guests after your stay. For scheduled power interruption we will notify you as soon as we received the notice. You can choose to either rebook or cancel your reservation.
