Pets: Ask about our pet policy for an additional surcharge. -------- The main house is an expansive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with multiple gathering areas and consisting of two en-suite bedrooms. The guest house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and provides a comfortable place for additional guests. Both homes were recently completely renovated and are of the highest standards. The pool and spa are just outside of the main home with a great BBQ station, ice box, and tanning shelf. The new pool has a heater for the Winter. The spa comfortably fits 6-8 people and heats to 102 degrees. Pool heat is $100/day extra, set to 82. Please be sure to confirm you’d like the pool heated at least two days prior to check in to allow time to have the pool heated upon arrival. The sun sets daily over the mountains behind the pool, if you're up early enough to catch the sunrise it's a great way to start each day on the open ranch property. There are two en-suite bedrooms (one being the master) in the main house, both with king beds, the third bedroom is a bunk bed room with queen below and twin above, with an additional twin trundle bed. There’s also a futon couch that works for a smaller person in the third bedroom. In the guest house there’s a master with a king, the second bedroom has a king and one twin, and the third bedroom has a king. The king beds in the second and third bedroom can be split into two twins if that fits your group best. All furniture and bedding are of the highest quality with premium toiletries provided. We have one of the best cleaners in the area who keep the property in immaculate condition. Our team is ready to serve you should anything come up, we are typically able to have someone on-site to address any issue that might arise within hours.
