We can accommodate 8 people (possibility of up to 13 people paying an extra fee) and we have wifi, TV, BBQ and infinity pool. The space The property is a private house within a subdivision with 4 rooms in total. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and has a private parking lot that accommodates 8 cars. DISTRIBUTION: Lower floor: - Room 1: 3 single beds + 1 child's bed + fan + bathroom - Room 2: 1 double bed + 1 baby crib + fan + bathroom. Upper Floor: - Room 3: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed + fan + bathroom - Room 4: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed Guest Bathroom Living room - Dining room and TV. Other things to note We recommend bringing a water bottle as the water on the property is not drinkable, and charcoal in case you want to use the BBQ. - For the stay, it is a requirement to hire cleaning and kitchen assistants (1 for every 8 pax) for a value of $70,000 per day each.
