Surrounded by lush forest and showcasing breathtaking mountain views, this cottage is nestled at the foot of the White Mountains close to many ski resorts including Bretton Woods, Canon, Wildcat, Attitash, and Loon. Enjoy many waterfall hikes at Ripley Falls and Arethusa Falls, and others. Crawford Notch, Santa's Village, and the Cog Railway are not far away. And, the nearby towns of Littleton and Lancaster provide all the amenities of modern life, along with high-end restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Other attractions include Forest Lake State Park and the town of Whitefield, both within a three-mile radius, and Bretton Woods is only 17 miles away where you can enjoy your choice of downhill or Nordic skiing in the winter. Tee it up on the Mount Washington Resort Golf Course in the summer. The cottage features a furnished front deck complete with a gas grill for summertime cookouts. The living area, with a gas fireplace, offers cozy home comfort when you're ready to relax inside. The sunny full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals for the whole family. Additional home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
