Basement King Private Suite w/ Separate Entrance

This king suite is the basement of a larger house, with a separate private entrance, in a quiet neighborhood in West Wendover. Quick 5 minute drive to the all the major casinos, I-80 and US alternate route 93. This is the perfect place for the travelers crossing the country or for the weekend get away - whatever your purpose I hope you enjoy your stay and return soon! We live upstairs, and you will hear typical sounds from a young family up until 10:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. The space This unit has a separate backyard/basement entrance, accessed through the side gate on the property. A lit pathway show the pavers to walk toward the gate, as you make your way through the gate and across the stone pathway you will come to the stairs (11 stairs) down to the door. Input the code we sent you in the app into the keypad. You will first enter into a newly remodeled living room with a Roku TV, leather reclining loveseat, bar w/stools, cold/hot water dispenser, coffee, fridge, microwave. Most things you would see in a typical hotel room. The adjacent room is the king bedroom with dresser and closet. The next door on your right takes you to the large bathroom with a shower/bathtub. In each room, there is an additional door. These unused doors are locked and connect to the remaining part of the host's home. The host will never enter your private unit during your stay. We have installed sound dampening panels on the opposite side of the door in an effort to decrease the noise you hear from the host and maximize your comfort. There is also a white noise machine in the right hand side night stand for your use while here. Other things to note ** Check-in/Check-Out time is based off Mountain Standard Time, but GPS Maps will put you at Pacific time. **Neighborhood dogs are sometimes not leashed, so consider that while taking your pet on a walk ** 2024 Automatic sprinkler schedule: 12 am to 1:15 am and again at 5 am to 6:15 am. The first half of the cycle is the front yard, the second half covers the back and side yard. Please let us know beforehand if you plan to arrive or leave during these times. **No Smoking inside or on property. $250 fine
