A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. Cash not accepted for deposits. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Pets are not permitted. Only service animals conforming with the Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA) will be permitted. • No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
