We have combined the new and revamped the stables. You have a huge balcony with a swing chair over looking the large pond filled with fish, also a very large outside dining area for 6-8 people with hot tub, if there not enough space we have a secret garden to chill in or maybe read a book away from everything. On the A48 for easy access. The space Our new stables is finished and can accommodate 6 people and we are so excited ... Your space is now open plan and modern, with glorious breathtaking views as well as being homely & cosy. We are in 9 plus acres even though It is shared with us we have plenty of areas for your privacy and you have your own designated areas. If you would like to Bbq please let us know as we can offer you one or two disposable units and please use the outside dining table and do not leave the open fire unattended for health and safety purposes. You can walk the meadow opening and closing the gates behind you if you want to eat at one of the nearest restaurants (5minutes walk) We do not accept Hen or stag weekends. We cannot accept Dogs or any other animals of any kind as we have live stock. We have designated parking space forum for 2 cars, but we need to know if this is a requirement before hand. The parking area is just outside your accommodation for easy access wherever you may want to go! We have a hot tub which needs to be booked in advance for the trip or call us to request this facility * Surcharges apply for this service. Guest access We are gated & have large private areas, so Guests can park complimentary for 2 cars ( at owners own risk ) right next to the entrance & walk in the gardens where there is a very large fish pond & seating area, where you can feed the fish but also walks near by for family times or a romantic stroll.. There is also a secure Out door area where you will see Deer’s & sheep where you and your family can relax in comfort taking in the views. You also have an outside dining area under the grape vine where you can eat , drink with privacy and enjoy your time. Other things to note We recommend you drive for ease, with free car parking but there is public transport in abundance outside the property. There are no extra charges for going into the city. We are living next door but we do not need to be in contact unless you make a request ! We recommend that you stick to house rules, where you do not use the hot tub after 10pm. We have a hot tub on the premises which can be used at an additional cost of £35 per night. £70 for the first 2 nights then £10 after that You will receive an email where you can confirm this.
