Private, clean, and quiet room in owner occupied home. Very comfortable futon bed with private bath. Home is on a very safe cul de sac in a quaint, residential neighborhood. Very central location, just 20 minutes to downtown Knoxville, University of Tennessee Medical Center, Oak Ridge, several private Knoxville schools, and much more! Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry room. My goal is for all of my guests to feel at home and comfortable in a clean, safe, and quiet environment! The space Clean, quiet 3-bedroom home equal distance to Oak Ridge and downtown Knoxville. There are no TV's in the guest bedrooms or living room.
