Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. With a large garden, set in a quiet neighbourhood, our house is a perfect getaway. Just outside of Edinburgh with great transport links into the city or to the North of Scotland. Almondell & Calderwood Country Park is just 10 mins walk from property. Country park is open all year & free to visit, Almondell & Calderwood is tucked out of sight in the valley of the River Almond, stretching for 1.5 miles between Broxburn & East Calder. The space Our house new build and refreshed, creating a light spacious space to enjoy. Enjoy a coffee or a nice cup of tea in the garden in peace and quiet. The garden is East facing and gets the sun until around 5pm in the summer months. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and washer. There is also a drying area in the garden if you prefer your clothes to dry outside. Living room has smart TV and all the apps like Netflix, prime, Disney etc. Login with you account to watch else you can watch all Freeview channels. Upstairs has 2 big master bedrooms with en-suite and 3 good sized bedrooms and 1 family bathrooms. Guest access Guests have access to whole property except the garage. Jupiter Art land is just 5-10 mins walk from property. Its a spectacular hidden gem set in over 100-acres of meadow, woodland and indoor gallery space. Public transport bus stop is just behind the property and bus X27 to city centre run every 10 mins. X40 to royal infirmary runs every 10 mins. Also there is a free car park and tram ride station to citi center at Ingliston just 4 miles away from property
