With only one floor, the house offers you everything you need without having to go up or down stairs, with all the equipment and comfort you need. Guest access Guests have access to the interior of the house, which includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen along with a dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. The exterior of the house has a patio for sunbathing and, if you wish, for taking your meals. It also offers access to an outdoor parking lot with capacity for one car. Other things to note To ensure your safety, the house is cleaned and disinfected with certified products before your check-in, both inside and outside the house. Municipal tourist tax: Taxes Since October 1, 2024, the City Council has implemented a Municipal Tourist Tax (TTM). The fee is €2 per night, per visitor, with a maximum limit of 7 consecutive nights per stay. Thus, the maximum amount payable per person is €14. The fee must be collected before or during the visitors' stay. All visitors over 12 years of age who do not reside in the Autonomous Region of Madeira are subject to the payment of this fee, except for persons with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 60%.
