Spacious 2BR Home in Quiet Park-esque Suburbs

Welcome to our home, tucked away on a tree lined street in West Toledo. Located 5 mins from the shopping mall and ~15 mins from downtown. Great home for traveling workers or anyone that needs to wind down and recharge. There's plenty of room inside to sprawl out across the 2 available bedrooms, living rm, den, and 3-season sunroom. When it’s nice out, enjoy the rear patio or warm up around the fire pit. The space What we have here is a ranch-style home with a large circle driveway. Our home sits on ~3/4 of an acre with an open park-like backyard to help you get away from the bulk of the city noise. Step inside and you'll see there is plenty of room to relax and spread out across the two living spaces. The "SMART" living room has a TV with a Firestick, but if you can't find anything to watch, there are some dvds that might be worth watching. The living room leads to 2 bedrooms and the full bathroom which includes a rainfall shower and the original 1950's pink soaking tub. The barndoor doubles to close the bathroom for privacy but also acts as the linen closet door, where you will find extra towels and blankets. The full kitchen opens up to a cozy cabin-esque den; perfect for games, or conversation while someone else is cooking. In the morning, mozey over to the built-in hutch for coffee or choose from a wide selection of teas to sip and enjoy. For guests staying with family or pets, there's a pocket door and baby gate that conveniently separates the kitchen and den from the rest of the house, just in case you don't want any little feet underfoot while cooking. 😉 Guests have full access to the kitchen and so please feel free to use any of the appliances during your stay. From the den, there is a 1/2 bath located across the laundry, as well as the backdoor that opens into the 3-season sunroom which also leads out to the patio and outdoor firepit. 🔥 For your security, and ours, we like to maintain your privacy while giving you security and peace of mind, knowing that there is an alarm security system with 3 perimeter cameras. The alarms will be off during your stay, but the cameras provide continuous motion-activated security. Cam One: a Ring front doorbell. Cam Two: over the garage with a full view of the driveway and front yard. Cam Three: in the sunroom, points out to the sliding door and covers the backyard and patio (this is until we can install another outdoor camera). *Ring cameras do show a blue light during motion-activated recordings. Guest access Guests will have access to the large majority of the house, with the only exceptions being the garage and the third bedroom. Other things to note Less than a mile from shopping, restaurants, and bars. And only about 6 miles from all that downtown has to offer (trust me, I used to work downtown and would ride my bike there on nice days).
