Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside. The space Plenty of room for kids to ride a bike, or kick a footy, well away from traffic. Accommodation is set on it's own block of land. Sheltered veranda, to sit under in all sorts of weather. Parking for boats. (need to be under 3 metres high, to go under a carport to enter property). Nice private gardens with a BBQ and fish filleting table. Quick drive to Moonta and historical Moonta Mines. Quick drive to Moonta Bay jetty and beach or Port Hughes boat ramp, and the Dunes golf course. 1 bedroom holiday unit consisting of 1 x queen sized bed, with linen/towels provided. 2 x bunk beds BYO linen/towels/quilt. Reverse cycle split system air conditioning for year round comfort. Welcome pack of tea, coffee and toilet paper to start your vacation. Ideally suits couples or young families, as all beds are in 1 bedroom. Can get a bit cramped, if it is all adults. Other things to note 3 metre height maximum, to go up the driveway to the property. ONLY 1 DATE ALTERATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. DATE ALTERATION MUST BE MADE ATLEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE ORIGINAL BOOKING DATE, OR IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
