The space The accommodation offers two bedrooms: the first bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, a private bathroom and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2 m) and a wardrobe. A second bathroom in the hallway facing the second bedroom. A large living room in high quality leather, very comfortable, caramel color. Plus a second living room with vertical Chesterfield leather sofa, olive green color. Plus a wood-burning stove that works great during the winter. A bar with three vintage wooden and stainless steel stools. Fully equipped kitchen open to the living area. A round dining table for 4 people in the middle, between the two living rooms. The covered terrace is also very nice, with outdoor lounge and a large dining table. All with a superb panoramic view of the sea and Ouassen beach. Guest access Free access to all parts of the villa. Other things to note - The accommodation is located 19 km from the city of Essaouira. It is strongly recommended to have a vehicle for travel. It should also be noted that the stretch of track that connects the neighborhood where the house is located to the main road is a little rough. It would therefore be wise to provide a vehicle that is a little high, not too low, in order to be more comfortable behind the wheel. - The house's electricity is powered by solar energy. There are 6 photovoltaic panels with 4 batteries for electricity storage. For best performance, it is strongly recommended to avoid using, in the evening after sunset, machines and appliances with high electricity consumption (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, iron, etc.), to favor their use rather during the day, preferably during the morning, to allow the storage batteries to recharge. Therefore, it is recommended never to operate several domestic machines at the same time, to avoid overloading the batteries!
