Quiet bedroom in lovely Leith Walk flat

Your double bedroom is peaceful and quiet, located at the back of a large first floor tenement flat on Leith Walk in Edinburgh, a haven of peace. You will have priority over the shared bathroom and use of the shared dining kitchen for your breakfast. The space This spacious, traditional Victorian flat faces onto Leith Walk, near Pilrig. The bedrooms are at the back of the property where it is very quiet indeed and you often only hear birdsong and distant church bells. From the flat you can walk up to town in 15 minutes. The tram line runs from outside the flat with a direct connection to the airport ( we are the 'Balfour Street' stop). There are also many buses. The flat has been beautifully decorated and has all mod cons, except air-conditioning because you don't need that in Edinburgh! Guest access Bedroom Privacy: This private room includes a lock on the bedroom door for your comfort and security. There is one other bedroom and that's mine, I am often away for work. I will always let you know what/who to expect. You have priority over use of the central bathroom as pictured as I have my own ensuite. You have use of the kitchen-diner and can eat and prepare breakfast in there. You may be able to breakfast in the front room unless I have to work from home. I'm aware that during the Edinburgh festival in particular, guests like to stay out late – I'd be grateful if you could be as quiet as possible when coming and going between 11 pm and 8 am and avoid using the kitchen if we're already asleep. During your stay I am very happy to help with any questions that you've got. You will always be able to get hold of me fairly quickly.
