Just a quick drive to the Sacandaga Lake and other Adirondack interests for those vacationing. The space One bedroom with a queen bed, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room furnished with a full-size futon and twin futon to sleep up to a total of five people. Perfect for traveling professionals or small families on vacation. Washer and dryer facilities also included within the unit. Guest access Private entrance to entirely upstairs apartment. **Entrance is on the front of the building (facing the street), and not on the porch.** Other things to note Our property has been advertised as “pet free”. However, we fully comply with Airbnb policy and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regarding service animals. If you are traveling with a service animal, we may legally ask: • Is the animal required because of a disability? • What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Service animals must be housebroken, under the handler’s control at all times, and may NOT be left unattended in the home. The animal must not cause damage or create a safety concern. While we do not charge pet fees for qualified service animals, guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. If you have any suggestions before or after your arrival, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. We do ask that you be respectful of quiet hours, as we have a long-term tenant in the other half of the building.
