With easy access of the downs (and the famous south downs way), and just a 5 minute walk across the river into Shoreham. Offering one unique, airy space, with kitchenette, microwave, fridge, shower and lounge. There is a separate toilette and storage area with hanging cupboard. The space Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom self-contained stay, just 1 minute away from the seafront. Choose to sleep on the quirky mezzanine loft, with big views and ladder access or on the convenient ground level. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed open layout with lots of natural light. The simple kitchenette is perfect for morning coffees and breakfast to enjoy on the patio, as well as light meals. There are also numerous good takeaways and restaurants in walking distance. You can go for walks along the beach, try your hand at some water sports, or simply relax in the tranquility of the coastal surroundings. A short walk over the bridge takes you into Shoreham, with its quirky shops, restaurants, museum, St Mary’s Church (c. 11th Century!) and and numerous cafes and pubs to choose from. Guest access You will be able to access the space independently, either from the side gate to the front of the house, or through a gate, off Raleigh Close, to the rear of the property. Access to your space is through a shared garden. The space is otherwise self contained. Other things to note Please be aware that the mezzanine bed is accessed by a ladder (see photos), if access may be an issue or you would simply prefer a ground floor bed, that will be arranged and we will remove the ladder.
