The space The pagoda beach house was Thoughtfully designed with Large living spaces for family enjoyment. Chef’s kitchen with Bertazoni appliances from Italy and all the accoutrements needed for meals and dining. The dining room with water views has a large round table, seats 10 and has a hand painted vintage tile fireplace for those cozy nights. Living room for the family with a 75” television, huge fireplace and comfortable seating for all. Family game nights are a must in this room! Or take a chair at the wine table that overlooks both the Channel Islands harbor and the living room. The ground floor has a sunken bar complete with a wine fridge and secondary dishwasher. One full bathroom with shower conveniently located on this floor. Walk up one flight of stairs to the second master bedroom with king bed and private balcony. The second master has a 50” television.This room shares a bathroom with the bunk room. One more flight of stairs to the master floor complete with roof top deck, private bedroom and large bathroom. Also on this floor is a peaceful retreat with comfy chairs and lookout views of the mouth of the harbor. A large 65” television offered for this room. The views are spectacular from the roof top deck! Relax and watch the sunset from the comfortable chaise lounges. Step outside onto the wrap around ground floor deck which has a water view and is great for people watching on the harbor! Watch the marine life swim by with seals, pelicans and more. Seating area complete with fire pit table and soothing fountain. Or eat Al fresco at our patio table or coffee bar which both stare out at the harbor and marina. Large barbecue for those California beach dinner nights. Walk steps down our street to the beautiful Hollywood beach with its sandy dunes and lapping waves. This home has been thoughtfully designed for your most memorable vacation. It’s idyllic location makes it a very unique property. When staying at the Pagoda you can feel the history of the area. Our garage is outfitted with two EV car chargers for your use. We have beach cruisers which you are welcome to use for those rides to farmers market or dinner at the harbor! Guest access Entire Luxury waterfront home Other things to note Our home was built in 1927 and the garage is small. Two small cars or crossovers can fit in this space. Trucks and SUV’s will need to park in one of two spaces in our front driveway. Public parking on the nearby streets is first come first serve. No street parking on our street. We are a pet free property and can not make an exceptions. We can not accept service animals due to health issues. Our daughter has severe asthma and is allergic to animals. Thank you for understanding. Prior to arrival: to ensure guest comfort and safety we require a private agreement signature prior to arrival. This agreement covers items such as long term visits, bicycle waivers, and property care. Our property is almost 100 years old, and as the stewards of this beautiful space, we encourage guest care so that it can remain a historical home for many more decades.
