This property is the perfect place to have fun and relax with family or friends. 6k drive into the historic townsite of Toodyay, with an award winning bakery, two pubs, a winery, the famous Christmas 360 shop, Blue Moon Crystal's, and more. DOGS: WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY BUT YOU MUST TELL US IF BRINGING DOGS. THERE IS A FEE AND RULES . The space Moonstone Well country property offers a unique stone house built with local Toodyay stone. I would describe the house as rustic with some quirks , it has modern facilities and a very calm and relaxed vibe. The house is set on approximately 3 acres. The house is open plan living and dinning, has a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shower only) 2 toilets, the ensuite bathroom is rather small, but is clean and comes in handy with a second shower and toilet. The 3 bedrooms . large outdoor barn style entertaining/ cooking /bar area, with BBQ, metters wood stove, and wood fired pizza oven. The resort style salt and mineral swimming pool is the ultimate relax and cool off spot for hot summer days. In winter use one of the many wood fired areas to get cosy. The properties boundary for guests is the house paddock. the property has an abundant birdlife. Also possums, and kangaroos in summer. One last thing, we are in the country so we do have an assortment of bugs and critters, and sometimes inside! we often get black millipedes inside after rain. we do provide bug and insect repellents. 🔥 BURNING: IMPORTANT INFO please note under the Toodyay prohibited and restricted burning regulations NO outdoor fires from 1st October to 30 April are allowed. this includes PIZZA OVEN nb times can be extended at shires discretion. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, pool , entertaining area, kids playground, and surrounding yard of the house paddock of approx 3 acres. Other things to note ARTWORK Moonstone is showcasing local artist Belinda's truly unique prints. Belinda is a local abstract artist and designer with a focus on extracting beauty from the often perceived unnoteworthy, and highlighting the perfect imperfections of life.
