The 10 acre ranch is located 2 miles from Caruthers. You are welcome to sit by or swim in the pool. In the evening watch falling stars in while the 5 mph wind blows over the 190 acre lake located on the back of the property, or during the day you can enjoy the view of all 3 mountain ranges; Sierra Nevada, Kings Canyon and the Andres, while listening and watching numerous birds and animals. The ranch is very peaceful! Meals available for free when I’m around cooking or returning from a event - I’m a food vendor owner. My food amazing. Access to back yard, pool, grounds, washer & dryer. I’m available - via text or call if not on the property. Country area - quiet and peaceful. 1 miles from major freeway - CA 41 No smoking or shoes allowed inside the guesthouse - bring some slippers or flip flops to make it easier to go in and out of your room.
