Family-friendly apartment in Dresden-Striesen

Newly renovated, family-friendly apartment (2.5 rooms / 70 sqm) in a top location and with great amenities: terrace, garden, barbecue, Nintendo Switch, table tennis, basketball, Netflix, 2x LCD, tub, Wi-Fi, and much more. The space Our apartment building is located in Blasewitz, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Dresden. In contrast to the city center, you will find many Gründerzeit villas, family-friendly parks, free parking and cozy restaurants. In a few minutes' walk, you can reach the famous Schillergarten restaurant, the "Blaue Wunder" or Hermann-Seidel-Park. Supermarkets (Konsum, Lidl, Edeka) or leisure activities (e.g. technical collections, the funicular, Saxon steamship) are also within walking distance. If you want to go to the city center or the trendy district of "Dresdner Neustadt," you also only need 15 minutes by car or tram or ride a bike on the beautiful Elbe River bike path. We completely renovated and newly furnished the apartment in the summer of 2023. It offers everything that families with children or (friendly) couples are looking for for their city vacation: plenty of space to rest and/or let off steam. You have the choice: either enjoy the sunset on the terrace, take a relaxing bath or chill on the couch with Netflix – or you are active with a round of table tennis, basketball or badminton right in our garden. If the weather is not cooperating, a Nintendo Switch (including MarioKart 8, 1-2-Switch, sports, and much more) and an extensive game collection are available. We also have enough toys for the little ones (including Kapplas, Hotwheels cars, Lego, etc.). The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. In the bedroom you will find a cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with high-quality slatted base and branded mattresses. We can also provide a children's travel bed if needed. In addition, you can use a foldaway bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a very spacious couch with box spring bed function (2.20 x 2.00 m) in the living room. The living room is not a passageway and can therefore also be used as a 2nd bedroom without any problems. In the kitchen you will find a fully (and also well) equipped fitted kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots, toaster, kettle, spices, Nespresso coffee machine (large capsules / Vertuo) and a dishwasher. We can also provide a highchair if needed. On the large terrace you can barbecue (electric grill available) or enjoy the sunset with a fine glass of wine. You will be surprised how quiet it can be in a big city! The bathroom has a large bathtub with integrated shower. Of course, we provide a sufficient number of towels and a hairdryer. Especially practical: the storage room or walk-in closet with plenty of room for your luggage or purchases. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor and is of course completely at your disposal. The communal garden can also be used. Other things to note Free parking is available right in front of the house.
