It is situated opposite a reserve, 200m walking distance to the two main beaches, with a quiet off-road walking path directly in front of the house that cuts through directly to the popular penguin point beach. The reserve opposite has a bike track with small jumps that kids enjoy and if you wanted to do more than walk to the local beaches, the Stenhouse Bay Jetty is a 20min bike ride away. In the cooler months make use of the chiminea outside. Be sure to walk up to the top of the Sandhills 100m away on a clear night to see the most magnificent starry skies.
