Vacation home with a view

Our apartment is located in southern Lower Saxony and is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Seeburg (3 km), Duderstadt (13 km), Göttingen (21 km) and the Harz/Brocken (59 km) There are various leisure activities in the area: Swimming, pedal boating, hiking, Heinz-Sielmann-Stiftung, bread museum, adventure playground, mini golf, borderland museum and much more. Shopping is available in the neighboring towns, each 5 km away. The space The bright, sunny apartment is about 150 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people. The living room/kitchen and dining room form an open, spacious room with a cozy soapstone stove and direct access to the 40 sqm, partially covered balcony. The 3 double rooms are each with double beds/wardrobes and TVs. Two bedrooms are connected by a door. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet. Guest toilet Storage room Children under 6 years old can stay in the parents' bed for free. Other things to note The apartment is located directly at the entrance to the village in a rural environment with many cycling and hiking opportunities. The bus stop is in front of the house. Restaurants and cafés can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
