The space This apartment has recently been refurnished in a grand style and awaits you in a fresh and modern design with a loft-like character and an open living and sleeping area. The apartment is located in the former “Schlafhaus” of the cultural monument “Alte Schmelz”, which was completed in 1907 and still presents many historical elements. From the stylish herringbone parquet to the terrazzo floor to the large windows and a room height of almost 4 meters, which make this apartment particularly bright and friendly and offers you a generous sense of space to feel good. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and RTL Premium. In addition, there is fast Internet/WiFi with up to 100 Mbit performance. For music streaming, a soundbar is available, which also provides the TV with good sound.
