There are streams running throughout the property. Large local trees, and rose garden and vegetable patches. The house requires stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Guest access Guests may access all parts of the estate except the separately listed unit and the housekeepers unit. Other things to note The estate has two Airbnb listings. This one is for the main house. The other listing is for the guest house which is actually two bedrooms and can be booked separately. Please search for "Two Bedroom Cottage" at same location. There is no wifi provided at the house. There is good 5G signal. Guest may choose to bring their own pocket wifi with data sim which works well on AIS network. We recommend you to have a car. Alternatively we can take you to rent scooters/motorbikes nearby (not recommended during rain season). We can also arrange for pickup from Chiangmai at at cost.
