Unwind in our spacious Florida room, featuring serene views of the pool and pond, or gather around the fire pit for drinks and delicious s’mores under the stars. Parking is a breeze with ample space on our 1-acre lot, ideal for boating enthusiasts, with a bait shop just a mile away (about a 3-minute drive). Enjoy outdoor activities like ladder toss and cornhole right at your doorstep. We offer 2 single kayaks free of charge—just bring a truck or rack for transport. For indoor entertainment, the bonus room is equipped with foosball, board games, and a 65” smart TV (with Roku TV and Spectrum Cable TV). Roku TV is also available in the master bedroom and the twin-beds room. Pet owners (dogs only, up to 2) will appreciate the fenced area outside the pool enclosure, providing a safe space for your furry companions. $75 Pet fee per stay applies. We can’t wait to host you! **LOCATION (Driving Estimates):** - 3.2 miles (8 minutes) to Hunter Springs Park (cozy beach, kayak/paddle launch, playground) - 4.4 miles (10 minutes) to Fort Island Trail Park (public boat ramp, fishing pier) - 2.5 miles to Three Sisters Spring Center (land access to Three Sisters Spring) - 8.3 miles to Fort Island Beach - 3.5 miles to downtown Crystal River, with easy access to local amenities and attractions - 20 miles (30 mins) to downtown Inverness - 87 miles to Disney World - 93 miles (via toll road) to Clearwater Beach Guest access Entire home, pool and yard. No access to owners closet and pls refrain accessing curtained area in the mud room Other things to note -Max temp of the pool is 84°F, however, this may vary depending on overnight temperature esp if it gets below 50°F (heated on colder months: ~first week of Nov to first week of April) -we have a pond in the back and the dock is not currently safe for use. - Strictly no smoking in the house, please.
