You can enjoy all of the amenities of the yard: Our 4-person hot tub is always ready for a soak, large sectional sofa with seating for friends and family. Guests can enjoy access to a high end washer-dryer in our shared laundry room addition on the propery. Other things to note * We require a separate written waiver to be signed by any guests planning to use the grill, as use of fire is at the guests own risk *** Our casita is detached and does not share hot water with the main house. The hot water is great, but it’s got a small, 12 gallon tank, and is not suitable for long hot showers in the winter. Please consider booking another property in winter if you anticipate needing more than 10 minutes of moderately hot water in the winter when the colder groundwater reduces how long it will last. We want to be forthcoming about this limitation. It refills in 20 minutes so it’s fine to space showers out, and any other season it lasts much longer due to the cool water not being freezing when it mixes with the hot water 😊 Registration Details OL 2025 104475
