We do have a filtration system. ❄️winter at the cabin❄️ although the cabin has heat it gets very cold in the winter please remember to pack warm clothes. *Our roads get pillowed leading up to our gravel road but loop & driveways can have inches of snow so please make sure you are prepared. ( we do have shoves at the gate ) we don’t offer snow removal in the winter. *Sometimes the electricity can go out in the winter please understand this is out of our control and can take days for the electricity company to restore. *PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER- +WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY IN THE CABIN OR ON THE PROPERTY+ -MAX 6 PEOPLE IN THE CABIN OR ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES! -DECK IS VERY SLIPPERY WHEN WET OR ICY OR SNOWING - Inside staircase is uneven and there is a large log as a handrail - be careful going up & down. - The step in to the master bedroom on the main floor - step is much higher/lower than typical. - 2nd floor bedroom on the right when going up the step is much higher/lower than typical. - Property is on well water & septic tank.. - Kids play swing (play at your own risk not responsible for injuries ) - Some doorways are lower than standard. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN OR ON THE PROPERTY, THERE WILL BE A $1,000 FINE. *NO OUTSIDE FIRE! *PET FEE $100 ( 1 DOG/ ANIMAL MAX) NO PETS ON THE BED OR COUCH Pet owner responsibility: must be responsible for their pet's behavior, well-being, and hygiene. Pet house training: Pets must be house trained. Pet clean up: Guests must clean up after their pet immediately. Cleanliness: No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds, no exceptions.
