The heart of the home is a remodeled kitchen that beams w/ sleek cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, expansive countertops and a dining area. ☆☆ Please message us with questions! We would love to help you prior to booking! ☆☆ Note: backyard, backdoor, & basement suite are private owner space are not accessible. These are a private suite entered through the rear Note: Not generally suitable for children less than 6 years old due to corded blinds, open outlets, some decorative/furniture not secured to the wall, no high chairs/cribs, etc. Ample, easy street parking on a quiet street with very little traffic. We are 30 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 10 minutes to downtown Denver & Mile High Stadium (NFL Broncos), Coors Field (MLB Rockies), and Ball Arena (NBA Nuggets / NHL Avalanche) ! If you won't have a car, we are close to bus stops and light rail. You can also grab a scooter or Ebike to get around town if you prefer. KITCHEN: Full kitchen with everything you need including: • Keurig coffee maker and complementary pods • Pots/pans/cookware, full spice rack, cooking oils, mixing bowls, tupperware, all sizes of beverage and wine glasses. • High end Ninja blender/food processor, crockpot, and toaster. • Gas range, oven, microwave, toaster, full fridge and freezer. DINING: Seating for up to six at the table or also enjoy relaxing at the bar-top stools (home accommodates four reserved guests comfortably, but with ample advance notice and pre-authorization, we may allow small, low key get-togethers, depending on the details and timing). Full array of cutlery, dishes and glasses and plenty of kitchen utensils. BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms with queen size beds (brand new mattresses, Casper medium-firm). Hypoallergenic pillows, high quality sheets and comforters. One bedroom with french doors to open and relax, watch a movie, on 44" flat panel in adjacent living room. * Note: The bedrooms can sleep the first 4 guests comfortably.. BATHROOM: • One full bathroom between the two bedrooms, with a tub/shower, handheld wand, and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels provided. LIVING ROOM: • Cozy seating for 4-6 people, brand new furniture and a 44" Flat Panel Smart TV. Also, local sports and channels via HD Samsung+. Note: fireplace adds a cozy feel but is not operable. Thanks for taking great care of this home, which is owned by a personal owner! Guest access You will enjoy the above ground, main entire central level of this home, accessed easily from the front door, including the cute relaxing porch, two bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room. Enjoy all the amazing nearby (less than a block), restaurants, shops, businesses, grocery, liquor, store, parks, and other classic, central Denver locals. * The rear side of the home, including the backyard, serves as a separate, private, and unaccessible space. In addition, the rear garage and rear door entrance are private, and serve as an entry point for the homeowner's private basement suite. • There is a laundromat with easy fold & wash service a half block away. We do not have a washer/dryer in the main level of the home (if renting entire home, including the basement suite, there is a washer/dryer and kitchenette downstairs—this is sometimes available to book online and if so, it will appear alongside this main level listing, via Airbnb). Other things to note Unbeatable, quiet location in a residential, family neighborhood. Plenty of street parking for up to two vehicles on an appealing block. **Absolutely no smoking of cigarettes, tobacco, cannabis/marijuana, etc. anywhere on the property (inside OR outside). **Our place is not suitable for parties, get-togethers nor events of more than five registered guests, unless pre-authorized. Not suitable for anyone under the age of 21 as the primary booking guest. Also our place has some delicate furniture and certain aspects unsafe for kids, such as blind cords, unattached dressers and wall mirror, etc. We also have a basement suite and sound carries easily through the floors, so most suitable for adults. The lower level of the home and backyard is an occupied guest/owner suite. It has a separate rear entrance, and will not interfere at all with your space and privacy. Steps to shops, restaurants, and cafes. Also, while our home has no washer/dryer, there is a handy dry cleaner/laundromat a 1/2 block away by the coffee shop.
