We do not have a washer/dryer in the main level of the home (if renting entire home, including the basement suite, there is a washer/dryer and kitchenette downstairs—this is sometimes available to book online and if so, it will appear alongside this main level listing, via Airbnb). Other things to note Unbeatable, quiet location in a residential, family neighborhood. Plenty of street parking for up to two vehicles on an appealing block. **Absolutely no smoking of cigarettes, tobacco, cannabis/marijuana, etc. anywhere on the property (inside OR outside). **Our place is not suitable for parties, get-togethers nor events of more than five registered guests, unless pre-authorized. Not suitable for anyone under the age of 21 as the primary booking guest. Also our place has some delicate furniture and certain aspects unsafe for kids, such as blind cords, unattached dressers and wall mirror, etc. We also have a basement suite and sound carries easily through the floors, so most suitable for adults. The lower level of the home and backyard is an occupied guest/owner suite. It has a separate rear entrance, and will not interfere at all with your space and privacy. Steps to shops, restaurants, and cafes. Also, while our home has no washer/dryer, there is a handy dry cleaner/laundromat a 1/2 block away by the coffee shop.
