Spend days exploring far and wide or close to home before returning to cosy up by the wood burner or spending time in the garden. Sleeping four guests across two bedrooms, invite family and friends away and start packing your bags. The space Brimming with original features, step into the lounge where exposed beams and the traditional fireplace add character and charm. Curl up on the sofa or grab a chair and delve into a good book or your favourite TV programme. Step up to the kitchen/diner, the heart of the home where you can cook up a storm, enjoy delicious meals and gather at the table for a cuppa. With garden views and country-cottage charm, it’s a lovely space in which to spend time and leads to the gorgeous patio and garden. Take a tipple outside and savour sips at the table or climb six steps to the enclosed lawn which is surrounded by mature trees. After delicious dinners and sundowner drinks, climb steep stairs to the first floor where a pair of bedrooms await weary heads, and the family bathroom invites you to soak. Both bedrooms are decorated in tranquil tones and are peaceful places to drift off and dream. There is roadside parking outside. Wander from your door and explore the network of well-trodden paths and bridleways. Head up the hill to visit the Cerne Abbas Giant who sits less than half a mile from your door or take a trip to the coast and travel to one of many local beaches and seaside resorts. A 16-mile trip will take you to the vibrant hub of Weymouth where fish and chips, perfect sandcastle-building spots and the glittering sea await. Hop in the car and treat yourselves to a night off from the kitchen in the town of Dorchester (8 miles) where you can enjoy a night at the movies, too.
