The space The residence is located in front of the entrance gates to the private Bianchi Beach, where the Condo Studio Paradise Beach is located on the fourth floor inside a luxury building on the corner of the intersection of Street 5 and Street 8 in the Bitash neighborhood, Bianchi area. Guest access The entire apartment, Condo Studio Paradise Beach, is used by the guest with an air-conditioned bedroom, a seating area with 2 sofas, a bar with an open kitchen and a balcony equipped with a barbecue equipment overlooking the courtyard. The guest can see a panorama of the sea from the roof at the top of the building. Beach Access: Guests receive a membership pass granting free entry to the private Bianchi Beach and one beach umbrella. Please note: sunbeds and chairs are available for rent at an additional cost. This small fee is set by the beach management and applies to all visitors, ensuring quality service and upkeep of the facilities.
