Situated in the heart of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths, stopping at quaint villages for afternoon tea or a pub lunch along the way. The space The front door opens into the charming lounge area, which features exposed beams, a large inglenook fireplace with comfortable sofa and an exposed brick wall. The kitchen beyond is compact but opens out to the garden and has everything you’ll need including an electric double oven with a grill, hob and overhead hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Once you have finished preparing your meals, dine at the round oak gate-leg table that sits in the pretty dining area by the kitchen. Go up the steep turned stairs to the bedroom, which is extremely cosy and inviting, with exposed beams above and original pine floorboard below, and a cupboard with hanging space. Also on this floor is the stylish bathroom with bath with overhead shower next to the pretty cottage window, basin, mirror and WC also features original floorboards. Outside, the cottage is approached via a pretty front garden, while the stunning pebbled garden at the rear of the house has been beautifully planted and features a handmade bench and cafe style table and chairs for al fresco dining.
