The space This is a duplex style home with a guesthouse that has a completely separate and private entrance for our guests. Street parking in available directly in front of the home. In our space you will expect a newly renovated and modern space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room/dining area, and a full kitchen. Our rooms are equipped with cooling & heating split air conditioning systems to ensure comfort throughout the year. Our home will comfortably fit up to 4 adults whether you are traveling in small groups with friends, or family. To ensure our guests are comfortable we do not allow pets in the guesthouse to eliminate any allergens to our guests. Guest access Guest's will have entire access to the guesthouse through private entrance and the space will not be shared. The yard is off limits and you will not have access to these spaces. >A dog 🐕 lives on property. He is behind a second gate and does not have access to any of the guest areas. He may bark upon your arrival. >Private laundry room with LG front load washer and dryer equipped with washer & dryer detergent and bleach. >Street parking is complimentary in front of the home at all hours of the day and week. Please do not park on the driveway. >WiFi access will be available to guests to conduct conference calls, surf the web, or watch your favorite shows on our 55" Smart TV. Other things to note *PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. *SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators will be fined up to $500. *CHECK-IN TIME: after 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) via smart lock. *CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater to any late check-out request) *Security: Property is equipped with security cameras that are installed on the exterior (i.e. front door) to ensure guest safety. *Outdoor dog on property and may bark on arrival. He is secured behind a second gate and does not have access to any guest areas.
