There is also a sofa bed with two equally comfortable pillows and quality sheets. The living room has comfortable chairs, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. BATHROOM - The apartment has a bathroom with shower, large mirror, toilet and hairdryer. Bath towels, face towels, hand towels, toilet paper, shampoo and liquid soap are provided. KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as a coffee machine and toaster. LAUNDRY - There is a communal laundry room which serves all three apartments in the property and is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as the necessary cleaning products and equipment. Guest access When you enter Chalet Maria da Assunção, you'll find five steps down to a shared patio belonging to the three flats. The main entrance door is common to all 3 flats and has two more steps. The laundry room is at the end of the entrance hall. Other things to note Children are always welcome, and we are always happy to cater for their needs, including the availability of cots and other childcare items. We ask that you inform us in advance so that we can ensure that everything is ready for your arrival. However, it is important to note that our villa has several flats and that all our guests value peaceful nights' sleep. It is also important to note that the villa has some stairs and is located near a busy street.
