Only 5 minutes walk from the award-winning beach, is my beautiful home, Moonlodge Beach House. It is an original air bnb , a warm space, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay, a home. A 3 minute walk takes you to the beautiful coastal path. In the nearby village is a beach café, a surf shop - where you can hire surf equipment, a well-stocked shop for provisions, a nail bar and beauty salon, surf instructors and yoga. There are also beach bars, a traditional pub and an eatery pub. The space My home is a 2 bedroom house, with steps leading to a large balcony at the front of the property, where you can sit and chill and have your morning coffee with sun on your face. There is a garden to the back through the large bedroom upstairs as the house is built on the other side of the cliff to the sea. Its open plan with a full equipped kitchen, bathroom, and double bedroom downstairs. The garden is on 2 levels and there is a drop behind the shed, so PLEASE keep and eye on small children and dogs. Do not leave unattended. There are many beautiful walks, as it's on the coastal path. You can walk to Portreath, St Agnes, Chapel Porth, and further. It's a very peaceful, relaxing spot, ideal holiday retreat for all the family, getting away from it all. You can hear the birdsong and sound of the sea. Guest access Access the house by using the French windows. Other things to note ●Please be respectful of my home. ●Please turn all lights off when not using a room or when you go out. Thankyou. ●If you need gas heating, please turn it down on the thermostat when you go out. ●Please keep it clean and tidy and wash up when you leave. ●Please be respectful of my neighbours ●Please put recycling out if you are here on a Wednesday ( it's early so before 7 30) ●Rubbish in black bin liner provided, if you fill up a black bag then please leave it in the green plastic shed at side of the house and then take it to the bin shed on the small island in the middle of Tregoyne, on Wednesday. ●Parking is always very sensitive here, so please make sure you park in the allocated space, next to 17 Tregoyne, there will be post with 15 on it, it's on the right as you drive in. ●Please water my plants if they look thirsty. ●Thank you for staying and being part of the community as well as being kind to our environment!
