Converted apartment in St James

Welcome to my little creative studio which I convert to accommodate guests from time to time. It is located near the St. James Main Road, is furnished and equipped with everything you would need during your stay here. It includes a work station, dining table, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction cook top and utensils and private bathroom. This studio's central location is ideal for anyone looking to be near the action. The space The aim is to eventually convert this space into my Urban Oasis but I'm only halfway there. The studio- while definitely livable- remains a work in progress. As goes with DIY's, there are some loose ends and unfinished bits, but none that affect the functionality or convenience of the space. The studio is separated from the corridor to the rest of the home by a door that is locked from both sides and you will have your own entrance from outside.
