The space The Space: Step into a spacious and tastefully decorated townhome with an open floor plan that maximizes natural light. The 3-story townhome offers garage parking and a game room on the bottom level. Living, dining, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom and bathroom on the main level and one bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd level. The living room features plush seating and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area or working remotely. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, quartz countertops and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. A dining area with seating for four is perfect for enjoying your culinary creations or takeout from local (and walkable) restaurants. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Bedroom 1 – Comfortable queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 – Cozy queen-sized bed and ample closet space with a full bathroom with glass shower located just outside in the hallway. Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. Game Room: Foosball table and Shuffleboard table along with cards and board games provided. Smart TV as well to watch your favorite game. Renley's Place was established in honor of our granddaughter who is thriving after suffering heart failure just days after her birth. The remarkable staff at Arkansas Children's Hospital helped to heal her, and to show our unending gratitude, a portion of every rental will be donated to ACH so that they may continue their incredible work for other children.
