Welcome to Magnolia House, 3BR, 2BA on canal minutes from Bayou Lacroix, Jourdan River, and the Bay. Accommodates up to 6 guests with ample parking. An ideal getaway location! Enjoy our private dock to fish, crab, swim, or tie up your boat—less than 10-minutes from the launch. There is a huge charcoal grill and plenty of seating; or, enjoy a game of cornhole or basketball right under the house! A short drive to Old Town, casinos, and beach. No Pets/Smoking. Once upstairs, the main level features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable living area. The primary, king ensuite bedroom shares balcony access with the queen bedroom. Both rooms feature Roku TVs where you can watch your favorite shows directly from your own streaming services. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a Roku TV. The hall bathroom includes a tub/shower while the primary ensuite bath has a shower.
