Cute, rustic & unique one bedroom beachy flat located at the rear of property, totally private garden and outdoor bath for relaxing with a glass of bubbles. Enjoy your privacy but we are only next door if you need us. Located within walking distance to cafes & 10-15 minutes walk from beautiful beaches for magical sunrises and stunning lake views for serene sunsets. Selections of various eateries/clubs/restaurants all within walking distance. The space One bedroom garden flat which comfortably fits two adults with a king size bed. Three separate rooms (living+kitchenette, bathroom+laundry & king bedroom) which are all connected by under cover private corridor (please see photo #10) The flat has a kitchenette with airfryer/ mini oven, kettle, toaster and portable electric cooktop for your convenience. The Bathroom/Laundry is separate and original beach shack style, but functional,with a shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner +soap There is an undercover outdoor area, with dining table, outdoor rustic bath and firepit (wood provided). Guest access Guests will have off street undercover parking. We will provide information for accessing the driveway and parking on booking. Guests will have access to their own gated garden, fire place, undercover outdoor area, outdoor bath tab and laundry facilities. Other things to note We have a very friendly dog, who will be securely locked in our yard. He would be more than happy to meet you if you would like, but please let us know when you are booking if you are scared of dogs so that we can make sure you don't come into contact with him.
