Fully updated with a curated mix of vintage and modern furnishings - our cottage has a mid-century design sensibility with luxuries like Coyuchi towels, a chef's kitchen with Bertazzoni range, Scandinavian fireplace, Orca brass rain shower, and a custom cedar hot tub. There’s so much to enjoy: whether you find yourself taking hikes, lounging on the comfy indoor or outdoor sofas, cooking local produce, reading books, beach combing, playing board games, birdwatching, taking an outdoor rain shower, cuddling by the fireplace, listening to the record player, shucking oysters, surfing, puzzling, napping, hot tubbing, or just view-gazing. Guests can embrace indoor-outdoor living all year long with the spacious redwood decks, a cedar hot tub, outdoor shower and native garden. At 950-square-feet, with two bedrooms, the two-story home can comfortably accommodate one or two couples, a small group of friends, or a family of three or four. The expansive, unobstructed mountain and ocean views (from the Pacific, to Stinson Beach, to Bolinas Bay, and Mount Tamalpais) will make your jaws drop. There aren’t many spots like this on the California Coast. Note: If you’re looking for a raucous party house, big family gathering, or hosting a surf safari, the Ocean Parkway House isn’t the right spot for you.
