Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood and in the historic Oaklawn Manor property, the renovated (2022) Carriage house is just moments away from Old Town Pasadena and the Rose Bowl. Centrally located, walking distance to the Mission district that boasts several coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants and Metro train station, minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Los Angeles Convention Center, Crypto Arena, Dodgers stadium, and LA County museums. The space 2bedroom/2 bathroom with an additional sleeper sofa for your comfort. The house is equipped with A/C units throughout and a balcony with a sitting area for your enjoyment. There is also a vast front yard and another sitting area at the base of the rose garden with access to fire pit and bbq. We are pet friendly and family friendly. We have a high chair and pack ‘n play/playpen available for use. We do offer complimentary housekeeping cleaning on Tuesday mornings, every other week, for stays 4 weeks or longer upon request. Other things to note Overnight parking permits are required in the City of South Pasadena if you and/or your guest plan to park on the street in excess of 30 minutes between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. For your convenience, we reimburse for one parking permit for the duration of your stay. Overnight parking permits may be purchased in person at the Police Department located within a short walking distance at 1422 Mission St. Walking directions; 1. Walk north on Fremont Ave toward Mission St. 2. Turn left on Mission St and walk ~3 blocks. • Should take about 15 minutes to cover ~0.8 miles. Driving directions; 1.
