Our spacious and beautifully designed beach house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Large windows throughout to allow plentiful natural light in, including a 4 panel patio door with views of mountains, a creek and natural greenspace. Lets not forget its a 3 min walk to get your toes in the sand! Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, an experience for the kids, or a gathering of friends, our Modern Luxury Beach House is the perfect choice. Unwind with your favorite glass of wine, read your favorite book, grab a throw and snuggle up to watch a movie or favorite tv show or listen to your favorite songs on the vintage inspired blue tooth speaker. Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, and cupboards filled with all the kitchenware you need to make a homemade feast. There are several seating options to accommodate your party. Converse around the large kitchen island with a cup of coffee in the morning as you discuss your day's adventures. Share a delicious meal with your closest friends or family at the dining table. Coffee, tea, and snacks are provided for your convenience & enjoyment. Bonus: a full fondue set is provided so please don't forget to plan a night for a sweet treat. The Sauna: After a long day, refresh and rejuvenate in the sauna. Sauna sessions are known for promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being. So come and sweat, cleanse and detoxify! The Retro Play Room: Grab a partner and some opponents and enter the Retro Play Room and play a game of Foosball! Connect to the retro blue tooth speaker and rock out to your favorite jams as you play! Or grab the guitar and play a tune to fill the room! The Game Room: A bonus living room on the 2nd floor provides a space to gather around and play some board games or video games, share a laugh, and make some memories. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Enjoy a restful night’s sleep as you sink into a cooling gel memory foam mattress, outfitted with soft sheets and four pillows for your comfort. All 4 bedrooms (3 King beds and 1 Queen/1 Bunk bed) are tastefully decorated with its own theme. You'll get the best sleep you've ever had. An addition sleeper sofa is available in the bonus living room on the second floor. And 2 additional fold out foam floor mattresses are also available. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1 half bath on the main floor and all are equipped with the essentials for your convenience. The primary room includes an ensuite bathroom that features a standing shower and separate extra large soaking tub. A real oasis for you to enjoy. Working remotely? There are 2 dedicated workspaces located in the 2 large bedrooms on the 2nd floor. This provides a quiet and comfortable option for you to have a space to do some work, journal or write that novel you’ve been thinking of. Outdoor Space: Step out onto the deck to get some fresh air or grab a seat on an Adirondack chair surrounding the fire pit and make some s'mores as you enjoy a glass of wine. If hunger strikes, fire up the propane grill and make a meal to remember. HOT TUB: The Hot Tub has arrived and ready for your enjoyment! Come and relax and unwind! We take much pride in our home and are excited to share it with you. We hope you enjoy your stay and is everything you imagine it to be. Please note that the home does not have AC as it is usually mild at the coast and most homes do not have AC. There is always a gentle breeze in the evening and even throughout the day. There are ceiling fans in the main areas of the house and also floor fans provided in each room for your enjoyment if there is a need for additional air. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. The large deck in the backyard is fenced off with a combination of cedar fencing and natural green space for your enjoyment. Other things to note We use Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process. Soft linens and plush towels are washed after every stay and are fresh and ready for you. We value our hardworking housekeepers, and the entire cleaning fee goes directly to them. They work very hard to keep the home tidy and clean so you can enjoy your stay. We wanted to let you know that 3% of our nightly rates will be donated to "Feeding America", an organization that we enjoy working with and we are very passionate about. Hunger has no boundaries.
