The space This one bedroom (King Bed) plus loft (single bed) private guest house is built under the deck of the main house facing the ocean/pool view and sunset. The unit, with it's own private entrance, has a kitchenette, a full bathroom & attached yoga/climbing studio. A sitting area is available with a small sectional couch that can be used for sleeping and viewing the 46" flat screen TV. This guest house sleeps up to 4 guests (King bed sleeps 2, single bed in loft sleeps 1 and is only accessible through climbing wall in climbing gym/yoga suite, optional airbed can be set up upon request as well). One of the unique features of this space is an attached separate room that can be used for yoga, exercise, stretching, bouldering/climbing (over 200 rock holds across walls), meditating, and relaxing. Kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator/freezer (under cabinet size), microwave oven, toaster oven, insta-hot dispenser for hot water, french press and Keurig machine for coffee, paper products, and utensils. Guests also have access to outside gas BBQ. Guest access Guests enjoy their own entrance at the rear of the house and full access to the lagoon pool (not heated), gazebo, BBQ, firepit, surrounding yard with fruit trees, and 52 acres of private hiking and biking trails. Built-in gas firepit can be used when arranged with property owners. Self check-in is available. Our guest house and surrounding amenities are cleaned and sanitized according to CDC recommendations. Other things to note Please note there are multiple areas of steps to access property. Pool is not heated and ranges in temperature from 65-80 degrees depending on the time of year and weather. Pool is also not fenced so children will need to be closely supervised.
