You have the use of free parking with a driveway for one car & plenty of on street parking. The house also benefits from a lovely large garden, with decking for alfresco dining & a bbq for the summer months. Walking distance to Hereford town centre & close to local amenities. The space Entrance/accessibility - When arriving at the property there is parking for one car on the driveway, there is also plenty of on street parking outside the property. Kitchen/diner - The spacious bright kitchen has everything you could need during your stay. Appliances include - Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, juicer & soup maker. Dining table that can seat 8, a high chair is also available. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. Lounge area - Large open plan lounge area with multiple sofas for the whole family to enjoy. Tv with fire stick for all the recent apps & tv channels. Lovely log burner for cosy nights in the winter. Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a light & airy space on the first floor, complete with king size bed & wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is also on the first floor, with a comfortable double bed & chest of drawers for your storage needs. Bedroom 3 is a lovely light airy room on the 2nd floor with a comfortable double bed & chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 is a single bedroom on the first floor, with a comfortable single bed & a full length mirror. Bathrooms - The property benefits from a lovely four piece bathroom on the first floor, complete with beautiful deep bath & separate power shower. There is also a W.C on the ground floor. Garden - Outside we have a large rear garden with a western orientation which benefits from lovely evening sun. There is a large decked area with an outdoor seating area perfect for Alfresco dining. A charcoal bbq is available in the spring/summer months. We also have a basketball hoop which is great for kids. Guest access You will have access to the whole property during your stay. Other things to note We are a child friendly home & have a travel cot & high chair available if needed. Please let me know if these are required. We also have child’s cutlery & plates etc.
