Cozy apartment near Zurich Airport in Kloten

Enjoy a few days in our small, cozy apartment with a kitchenette, private garden and parking space near Zurich Airport in Kloten. (Be aware of the aircraft noise!) The apartment is located in a quiet detached house neighborhood. Shopping is not available on site, but a bakery/coffee shop is a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to good bus connections, you can reach Kloten in 5 minutes and Zurich Airport in about 10 minutes. The space The apartment has simple furnishings and amenities that you will need during your stay. It is suitable for 1 - 2 persons and has a private garden and garden seating area. It is cozy and functionally equipped to make your stay enjoyable. Free parking in our garage is also included. You share the main entrance with us, the homeowners. We live on the upper floor and your apartment is on the ground floor. It has a separate entrance, which is marked with a welcome sign. Your accommodation does not have a kitchen, but it does have a narrow kitchenette with a small induction hotplate, two pans, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker (Nespresso), a toaster, a sandwich toaster, cutlery and dishes. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea bags and Nespresso pods, as well as sugar and milk, are available. In the dining room there is a small fridge (with a freezer compartment) filled with food, so that it is enough for a first, simple breakfast. The dining table is extendable and therefore large enough for you to also set up a workstation. The living room area consists of a corner sofa with a side table, a TV, a rocking chair and a reading corner. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The room offers a quiet and relaxing ambiance. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Bath towels, shampoo and shower gel as well as a hair dryer and sufficient toilet paper are provided. Zurich Airport is a 10-minute bus ride away. Airport Shopping offers a wide range of stores, bars and restaurants and is open 365 days a year. Guest access The house key only fits the main entrance and your place. All other living spaces are not accessible and are not available. Access to the apartment 24/7, as there is a key box. Other things to note An earlier check-in or a later check-out is possible, depending on availability. Don't hesitate to ask!
