Cozy apartment near Zurich Airport in Kloten

Enjoy a few days in our small and cozy apartment with kitchenette, private garden, garden patio and parking near Zurich Airport in Kloten. (Note the flight noise!) The apartment is located in a quiet detached house. Shopping facilities are not directly on site, but a bakery/coffee shop is a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to good bus connections, you can reach Kloten in 5 minutes and Zurich Airport in about 10 minutes. The space The apartment has simple furnishings and amenities you'll need during your stay. It is suitable for 1 - 2 people and has its own garden and patio. It is comfortably and functionally equipped to make your stay enjoyable. Free parking in our garage is also included. You share the main entrance with us homeowners. We live on the upper floor and your apartment is on the ground floor. It has a separate entrance, which is marked with a welcome sign. Your accommodation does not have a kitchen, but a narrow kitchenette with a small induction hotplate, two pans, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Nespresso), a toaster, cutlery and dishes. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea bags and Nespresso capsules as well as sugar and milk are available. In the dining room, there is a small fridge (with freezer compartment) filled with food, so that it is enough for a first, simple breakfast. The dining table is extendable and therefore large enough so that you can also set up a workplace. The living room area consists of a niche sofa with side table, TV, rocking chair and reading corner. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The room offers a quiet and relaxing ambiance. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Bath towels, shampoo and shower gel as well as a hairdryer and plenty of toilet paper are provided. Zurich Airport is a 10-minute bus ride away. The airport shopping offers a diverse range of shops, bars and restaurants and is open 365 days a year. Guest access The house key only fits the main entrance and your place. All other living spaces are not accessible and are not available. Access to the apartment 24/7, as there is a key box. Other things to note Depending on availability, an earlier check-in or a later check-out is possible. Don't hesitate to ask.
