This listing is for all five suites and the guest common areas, reserved together for your group. The suites have different layouts. Rooms 2 and 4 each have two sleeping areas within one suite; Room 3 has two connected sleeping areas with an open passage rather than a door between them. The Penthouse is on the top floor. Stairs are required to reach the upper-floor suites. The property accommodates up to 26 overnight guests using shared sleeping arrangements. Please message us before booking a group larger than Airbnb’s guest selector allows, so we can confirm the room allocation, total guest count and charges through Airbnb. The main-floor lounge and dining areas provide space to eat, play games and spend time together. Outside, you’ll find a courtyard, seating areas, woods and two ponds. Guest access Your group has exclusive use of all five guest suites and the indoor and outdoor guest common areas during the reservation. These spaces are not shared with separately booked overnight guests. Staff storage and service areas remain private. Guests may use the ovens and microwaves, along with baking sheets, cutting boards, bowls, dishes and utensils. The stovetop is not available for guest use. The washer and dryer are in a staff-only linen and inventory area. They are not available for self-service use.
