The space The apartment has - 2 x bedrooms - Living room + double size sofa bed + 55" TV with streaming apps (own subscription needed) - Versatile equipped kitchen for 6 persons - Bathroom with a sauna and WC, - Separate WC - Utility room with washing machine and drying cabinet. - Private patio with private hot tub - Wi-Fi 50Mbps The room hight is 3 meters which gives a lot of space feeling for the apartment. The price includes the spaces in the building: - Private gym for residents and guests - Ski storage room with a private locker - Apartments own parking lot in a warm parking hall with a paid EV charging (Plugit / Type2, bring your own cable) The ski slopes and trails are easily accessible through out the ski storage room. Guest access Guests can access all the spaces listed above. Other things to note 1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in starts at 17.00, Check-out ends at 11.00. Unfortunately earlier check-ins / later check-outs are not possible for the maintenance reasons. Apartment does not have temporary storage for luggages before / after the stay. 2. THE CONSTUCTION SITE NEXT TO CRANBERRY The new construction project (Levi Lingonberry) on the adjacent yard causes daytime visual and noise nuisance. 3.
